At FOCUS Adventure, we have designed learning and generating new ideas by engaging in activities entirely different from the usual workloads!

We have many exciting D.E.E.P as follows:


Boat Courses ~ Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL)
Employees can join us to learn how to handle a boat and maybe take that as a new hobby too! We offer courses for Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL) that will equip them with skills and knowledge to drive the craft around the Singapore waters!

Sailing Courses
Provide the employees learn how to sail on a sailboat! These boats require the teamwork of everyone working onboard to sail effectively. However, the beauty is not just being out at sea and enjoying the sea breeze with the waves hitting you but becoming more confident to manage the “VUCA” (Volatility –Uncertainty-Challenge-Ambiguity) when sailing in the sea!

Stand-Up-Paddling (SUP) Courses
Learn to paddle on a Stand-Up Paddle board with our SeaOPS “1-Star to 3-Star” SUP Courses and join us on our regular expeditions around Singapore which can include paddling into the mangroves learning about Singapore’s biodiversity and environmental impacts!

Sea Kayaking Courses
Learn all about kayaking, be certified with our SeaOPS “1-Star to 5-Star” Sea Kayaking Courses, you can have an adrenaline pumping experience kayaking on the sea around Singapore. In addition, the course will also impart knowledge such as reading the weather, the tidal changes and many other nature-related studies to give the employees excellent general knowledge and survival skills!

Dragon Boat Courses
Learn to work as a Team by paddling together! On our sea-going dragon boats, employees will fight the waves together as a Team to go from one destination to another! Besides enhancing the importance of teamwork and communication but also resilience!


The Leadership Challenge! (TLC) Course
Employees will go through their individual 360 feedback report to understand how they perform as a leader. They will be rated in terms of their frequencies in the 5 Leadership Practices and their behaviours in each of the Practice. At the end of the course, employees will better understand about themselves and how they can do better in their areas of improvement to show a higher frequency towards the 5 Practices. As a result, they are able to improve in their Leadership qualities and skills.

Team Management Profiling (TMP) Course
This course is designed for teams to learn about their team’s behaviours and strengths. The Team Management Profiling tool studies an individual’s preference in the type of job out of 8 different types in a team. As a result, teams will identify where they lack and which areas they have high competencies on.

DISC Personality Course
Employees learn about themselves and understand how they can communicate better with their fellow co-workers. They go through the concept of strengths and weaknesses and learn to identify others who might fall under the four traits and communicate effectively.

MBTI Personality Course
This course is designed for new hires in the organisation, as it might be their first job right after school! MBTI Personality studies the innate self of one and how they can better understand and adjust to the working environment based on their individual personality type. The employees will also be equipped with the knowledge of all the 16 types of MBTI Personality and able to identify their co-workers based on the type indicators. Hence after attending this course, employees are able to enhance the team cohesiveness in the workplace.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Singapore

Each team will be tasked to build a robot together. After which they will be going through the learning session on manual controls and how to control them. This will allow their robots to be unique as compared to the rest. Their final objective will be to pit the robot that they built against man-made obstacles such as to carry items and moving from point A to point B or to going through a maze or to dance! The possibilities is endless! They will then customise a message for the children using the robots built and have it delivered to the beneficiaries.

If you are looking for an exciting challenge with a meaningful element, The Supermarket Race Challenge! will be the program for you! Teams will get to earn cash by attempting a series of challenges along the race, in a bid to earn enough money to purchase essential items for the selected beneficiary. Given a limited time and facing multiple challenges, teams will have to plan carefully and make strategic decisions to optimize their resources, and purchase as many items as possible for a good cause.
