Hi Hweeli

Thank you for you, Sasi and the whole team for organising this wonderful event last night for us. I personally enjoyed it and also heard many compliments from our colleagues and senior management. Everything is well prepared and we can feel your sincere and professionalism. Thank you again on behalf of us !

-Rybi Zhang, Boehringer Ingelheim Singapore

Hi Hweeli,

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your unwavering support over these many months. From the very beginning, we clicked so naturally, and your ability to match the team’s pace during the planning stage made all the difference.

Today’s execution was nothing short of seamless—thanks to you and the strong team you’ve built. Because of that, I could truly relax and enjoy a stroll along Sentosa with our offsite teammates, savoring this rare and much-needed moment of bonding after weeks of intense planning. Balancing this alongside our “day jobs” was no small feat, and your dedication (even amid your busy schedule) meant the world to us.

It was wonderful to thank you in person earlier, but on behalf of the entire offsite team, I’d love to reiterate our appreciation: Thank you FOCUS Adventure, Bryan and yourself for leading such an engaging, well-run team-building experience. Your hard work and thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed!

Dear Hweeli and FOCUS Adventure Team,

Thank you for bringing our collective ideas to fruition at the 2024 Mercer Games Day. We couldn’t have done it without all of your team’s support – Hweeli’s smooth coordination behind the scenes, Sasi’s valuable brainstorming and conceptual groundwork, and Berwin’s excellent execution on the event day.

We are grateful to the team for helping us achieve the day’s objectives, i.e. to bring the various practices together and to encourage inter-department interaction and collaboration.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Singapore

Each team will be tasked to build a robot together. After which they will be going through the learning session on manual controls and how to control them. This will allow their robots to be unique as compared to the rest. Their final objective will be to pit the robot that they built against man-made obstacles such as to carry items and moving from point A to point B or to going through a maze or to dance! The possibilities is endless! They will then customise a message for the children using the robots built and have it delivered to the beneficiaries.

Learning Objectives

  • To understand that it is not always the results that matter but also the process
  • Engage participant’s imagination and problem solving skills
  • Increase confidence and commitment levels
Allows greater meaning to giving and helping those in need
  • To tap on each other’s strengths and weaknesses
