It’s with pleasure I’m writing to you about your exemplary Team.

SingTel Customer Care had our Teambuilding last Friday, 11 May 2012. As it’s a very important annual event for us, I corresponded with 6 companies and shortlisted FOCUS and another company for this Teambuilding exercise.

I was fortunate to have liaised with Hweeli in the organization of this event. Hweeli was professional in all our communications and very meticulous in every detail. Dealing with her was a breeze, she lightened a lot of my load and I’m very grateful for her attention to details. On actual day, all was executed perfectly, nothing went wrong. She also went out of her way to ferry my overseas colleagues from Costa sands to Movenpick Hotel.

We were delighted also with Dean, our Facilitator managed our objectives perfectly. He had a difficult job as I had clear objectives for this event. At the pre-workshop discussion, I explained what we wanted to achieve, and this was clearly communicated via the physical activity as well as the excellent and clear de-brief. The Team also kept perfectly to the time allocated for the event.

All 113 of us had a great time on the island. Many thanks for an excellent Teambuilding, only made possible by the passion and professionalism of your Team. Please convey my appreciation and compliments to the Hweeli, Dean and the wider Team.

We have returned from our trip to Club Med Bintan.

We would like to thank you, Joey and your Team for organising a fun-filled Teambuilding programme for us. All of us enjoyed ourselves and we are still talking and laughing over it even though we have been back for a few days. As it was our first Teambuilding exercise, some of us were a little bit apprehensive at first as we did not know what to expect. However, everyone participated in all the activities and it turned out really well. Each team will be tasked to build a robot together. After which they will be going through the learning session on manual controls and how to control them. This will allow their robots to be unique as compared to the rest. Their final objective will be to pit the robot that they built against man-made obstacles such as to carry items and moving from point A to point B or to going through a maze or to dance! The possibilities is endless! They will then customise a message for the children using the robots built and have it delivered to the beneficiaries.

Engage participant’s imagination and problem solving skills
Increase confidence and commitment levels
Allows greater meaning to giving and helping those in need
To tap on each other’s strengths and weaknesses

If you are looking for an exciting challenge with a meaningful element, The Supermarket Race Challenge! will be the program for you! Teams will get to earn cash by attempting a series of challenges along the race, in a bid to earn enough money to purchase essential items for the selected beneficiary. Given a limited time and facing multiple challenges, teams will have to plan carefully and make strategic decisions to optimize their resources, and purchase as many items as possible for a good cause.
