When it comes to the 3 pillars of sustainability namely Environmental, Social and Economic. This new corporate social responsibility initiative has achieved all three! In this new hands-on teambuilding activity, participants will go through various phases, from brainstorming to designing and then to construct these skill-enhancing games using recycled and upcycled materials. These activity are thoughtfully created for elderly individuals, people with special needs, and children from underprivileged communities.

The objective is to FOCUS on developing essential skills such as fine motor coordination, memory retention, cognitive engagement, and hand-eye coordination.

Beyond the environmental benefit of repurposing materials, this initiative strengthens teamwork, encourages problem-solving, fosters empathy and collaboration. Teams are challenged not only to build something functional but to design with compassion, considering the needs, abilities, and safety of the end users. The result is more than just a game!

It is about connection, inclusion, and creating a purposeful impact while reinventing how we look at CSR as an initiative.
