It was an exciting quarter for FOCUS Adventure! 500 participants came together for The SIMply ONE-derful Grand Trebuchet Parade Challenge! It is a challenge designed to test creativity, collaboration and the ability to turn ideas into action!
Divided into different Corps, participants took on different roles, from engineering and construction to float decoration, banners, mascots and the all-important cheer squad. But what made the experience truly special was seeing the entire cluster get involved!
What started as separate teams quickly became one united crew, with everyone contributing their strengths to bring their vision to life. The challenge culminated in a spectacular parade, where each cluster showcased their completed float, banner bearers, team mascot and cheer squad.
Beyond the colourful costumes and impressive creations, the real achievement was the journey adapting when plans changed, advancing through ideas and teamwork, and ultimately achieving something together that no individual could have created alone.
The experience was a powerful reminder that great teams don’t need everyone to play the same role, they need everyone to play their role well. From getting the first piece of information to the final parade, SIMply ONE-derful proved that when an entire team gets involved, ordinary ideas can become something truly extraordinary!
