Zoom: Aligning Perspectives Through Dialogue and Collaboration
Zoom Challenge is a unique communication-driven team activity that challenges participants to see the bigger picture — quite literally. Each team member receives a single visual card that’s part of a larger sequence, though they’re not allowed to show it to anyone else. The only way to complete the task? Talk it out.
This deceptively simple challenge fosters deep listening, clarity in communication, and systems thinking. Participants must describe, interpret, and align their individual perspectives to uncover the correct sequence — mirroring the kind of interdepartmental collaboration required to drive organizational success.
Ideal for developing communication skills, patience, and big-picture thinking, Zoom Challenge offers rich learning outcomes in a short, engaging format.
Turning Point: From Competition to Collaboration in Team Dynamics
Turning Point is a powerful experiential activity that challenges teams to overcome a hands-on physical task with limited space and strict parameters. What begins as a self-contained team challenge soon opens the door to a bigger realization: true success lies not just in individual effort, but in partnership, shared insights, and collective thinking.
As groups experiment with various approaches, the learning naturally unfolds — those who share ideas, observe others, or reach out across teams often achieve greater results than those who isolate. The activity powerfully mirrors organizational dynamics, highlighting how openness, resource-sharing, and benchmarking can lead to world-class performance.
Turning Point is ideal for organizations seeking to break silos, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and nurture a culture where helping others is as valuable as succeeding alone.

Mission Impossible: Creative Problem-Solving Under Real Constraints
Mission Impossible is a creative challenge designed to stretch your team’s imagination, resourcefulness, and coordination skills. Faced with strict limitations, participants must think critically, assign roles, and make strategic use of what’s available — often learning that not everything that seems useful actually is.
This activity emphasizes the importance of defining responsibilities, prioritizing communication, and evaluating tools before acting. It mirrors real-life scenarios where teams must deliver results under pressure, with limited resources and room for error.
Perfect for teams looking to strengthen their adaptability, planning, and innovation, Mission Impossible transforms constraints into opportunities for growth, trust-building, and breakthrough thinking.
Interlink: Strengthening Team Interdependence Through Coordinated Action
Interlink is a dynamic team activity that puts the spotlight on coordination, communication, and mutual responsibility. With each participant contributing to a shared goal using a multi-stringed apparatus, this challenge reveals the deeper layers of interdependence and collective effort required for high-performing teams.
As the task progresses, teams learn to synchronize their actions, adapt to unforeseen challenges, and appreciate every role — even those that may appear less visible. The experience reflects real-world workplace dynamics where success depends not only on individual performance, but also on seamless collaboration.
Ideal for strengthening teamwork and trust, Interlink encourages teams to stay aligned, communicate constantly, and value every contribution — no matter how small it may seem.
Sharpening Team Focus and Responsibility Through Synchronization
Group Juggle is a high-energy, team-based challenge that tests coordination, timing, and collective responsibility. While the task appears simple at first glance, success hinges on every team member working in unison — and recovering quickly when things go off course.
This activity emphasizes perseverance in the face of repeated setbacks and offers an opportunity to reflect on how team members approach tasks: whether through a people-oriented lens or with a task-first mindset. The act of simultaneously tossing and catching creates a metaphor for workplace dynamics, where every action has an impact on someone else’s success.
Ideal for teams that want to strengthen focus, build resilience, and gain deeper insight into how different working styles come together to achieve shared goals.

Each team will be tasked to build a robot together. After which they will be going through the learning session on manual controls and how to control them. This will allow their robots to be unique as compared to the rest. Their final objective will be to pit the robot that they built against man-made obstacles such as to carry items and moving from point A to point B or to going through a maze or to dance! The possibilities is endless! They will then customise a message for the children using the robots built and have it delivered to the beneficiaries.
