“ It’s with pleasure I’m writing to you about your exemplary Team. SingTel Customer Care had our Team Building last Friday, 11 May 2012. As it’s a very important annual event for us, I corresponded with 6 companies and shortlisted FOCUS and another company for this Team Building exercise.

I was fortunate to have liaised with Hweeli in the organization of this event. Hweeli was professional in all our communications and very meticulous in every detail. Dealing with her was a breeze, she lightened a lot of my load and I’m very grateful for her attention to details. On actual day, all was executed perfectly, nothing went wrong. She also went out of her way to ferry my overseas colleagues from Costa sands to Movenpick Hotel.

We were delighted also with Dean, our Facilitator managed our objectives perfectly. He had a difficult job as I had clear objectives for this event. At the pre-workshop discussion, I explained what we wanted to achieve, and this was clearly communicated via the physical activity as well as the excellent and clear de-brief. The Team also kept perfectly to the time allocated for the event.
