F&B:
•    Food catering arranged for us was of high standards and good quality, we enjoyed the fare
•    Water is important for hydration in this Singapore weather, and FOCUS ensured that we had ample water supply

Facilities:
•    Toilets were well-maintained, could have been better if we were told beforehand that there were showering facilities? (I had international guests who went straight to the airport, if they had known, they could have bathed)
•    Indoor function rooms were spacious and great for my group size of 21

Execution:
•    Damien and Tze Hao did a wonderful job engaging my group, we loved all the activities! There was no one point in time where there was a lull moment (apart from The Bubble Challenge! ending early)
•    There were more activities than I thought there would be, so a bonus surprise for me
•    Activity time was well-planned as well
•    A Minute to Win It activity – Downside was that I was hoping this would be played as a TEAM instead of appointing one member from each group to play, this allows for some members to laze off
•    The Bubble Challenge! – was agreed during the planning stage, but was told it had to be cancelled. Not quite acceptable for me since the communications had been made. However we still played The Bubble Challenge! in the end as I’ve insisted, so thanks to FOCUS for acceding to my request
•    I could not say more about the rest of the activities, including Whale Watch, Construction Maze, Trolley etc, they were refreshing and met all objectives of what we wanted our teambuilding to be, good job!

Service and Communication:
•    No complaints at all except for the above few ‘for improvement’ points I pointed out
•    The gift bag with framed up photo and cute thumb drive and bottle of sweets were all a pleasant surprise!

Keep up the good work! Feedback from the rest of my colleagues were all positive (less the unforgiving Singapore weather) and everyone had fun, we’ll definitely spread this good word to the rest of the departments in Epson.
